INFRASTRUCTURE

SPINNING
Our spinning division facilitates the production of the finest combed cotton yarn. While 50% of the facility is dedicated to manufacturing heavier count yarns like 30s, 34s & 40s, the remaining 50% produces finer yarn of counts 60s & 80s. With 28 combing machines, 45 ring frames and 20 Auto Coner machinery, the spinning unit is well suited to handle huge loads.
KNITTING
Sourced from some of the best manufacturers around the world, our knitting machines enable a variety of designs that help us handle diverse orders in knitting. Rib, Interlock and Fancy designs are created using German and Italian machinery. Interlock, Drop Interlock and Auto Stripes are facilitated with Spanish machines.
DYEING
With the emphasis of eco-friendliness, we have a modern Effluent Treatment Plant ETP, Zero Discharge Waste Water Recovery Plant and Reverse Osmosis Technology that ensure no harm to the environment. We recycle water and maintain the perfect combination of dyestuffs so as to conform with Oeko Tex Standards. All our efforts go towards providing our customers with the kind of colors that they desire. Our Reverse Osmosis feed tank plant recycles discharged water so as to make it suitable for irrigation, thereby testifying to our eco-friendly operations.
SAMPLING DEPARTMENT
We are having a separate sampling department which is always striving for new innovations and also on the lookout for worldwide fashion trends that is prevailing in the International markets from time to time. Sampling Department keeps an eye on worldwide fashion trends that are contemporary in the international markets. The designers, to express their ideas in a short lead-time, use the Computer Aided Designing (CAD) applications that are latest. Sampling Unit keeps in harmony with the trends while they forecast Colours, textures, styles, designs for the garments.
EMBROIDERY
Enabling intricacy of design, our embroidery division is housed with 24 imported machines from various Countries. Equipped with 326 heads, these machines are capable of delivering nearly 11.1 million stitches per day.
COLLAR KNITTING
Our Customers are pleased with the designs developed by us. Our collar knitting department holds 2 nos of machines which got capacity of producing 2000 collars per day. The library is indexed much to the convenience of the buyers.
SEWING
The garments are manufactured in most sophisticated machines using the latest state of the art technology in our INHOUSE Production Unit. Our wide range of machineries include JUKI, BROTHER, PEGASUS. Our production is the key for success which keep us growing in this competitive industry. Our production unit is supported by 120 sewing machines.
PRINTING
Our printing division is equipped with 12 nos. of chest printing machines, 12 nos. of fusing, 1 no. of curing machine and 4 nos. of manual printing tables to meet our printing requirements. All the garments are silicon softened by washing and made smell free by curing. We are strong in print decorations and carry out a wide range of print decorations in many different print processes.
FACTORY PREMISES
We Have Our Own Factories For Manufacturing Activities, All Our Factories Run With Strength Our Well Experienced Textile Technicians. Merchandisers, Quality Controllers And Follow Up Team. The Team has Knowledge in Every Manufacturing Process And Dedication On Day To Day Activities. We Are Capable Of Handling Minimum Order Volumes Of 6,000 Pcs Per Color, If Your Qty Is Very Big Then Pricing Strategy Will Be Cheaper As Common Rule. We Handle Orders With The Lead Time Of 60 Days - 90 Days, It Will Vary Depends On The Style And Of Customer Needs.
